The Premier Soccer League chairman Irvin Khoza has confirmed plans to continue the rest of the 2019/2020 campaign with the rest of the matches set to be played in the next six weeks.

Having submitted probable dates of return of the league matches, Dr. Khoza revealed that SAFA must approve the submitted dates before they can be made official.

Gauteng is set to host the remainder of the matches in the ABSA Premiership and GladAfrica Championship.

“What we have done is submitted the dates, but not announced them in public. We cannot announce them, we have prepared them and supplied them to SAFA. They have taken them to the meeting with compliance officers (this morning) and will then give an update,” the chairman said during his press conference.
