BENJAMIN AFUTU HAS LEFT HEARTS OF OAK

The Benjamin Afutu’s situation: He didn’t renew his contract with our Club and can’t be part of our list for African Champions league. The Board did everything they could to get him renew his contract including accepting all the conditions his management gave to our Club.

1. That he is guaranteed 70% playing time
2. That if he gets injured the club will pay him the remaining of his contract sum till it ends
3. All monetary considerations accepted
   All these conditions were accepted on last Thursday which the management team of Afutu promised to come and sign the contract knowing very well midnight yesterday was the deadline but they refused to turn up so it’s a close chapter now. We wish him well in his next chapter.
