THERE SHOULD BE STEWARDS AT MATCH VENUES TO HELP FIGHT COVID-19 – JULIUS EMUNAH

Safety and security officer for the Ghana Football Association has urged all clubs to deploy stewards at Match venues during leagues games to help check the spread of covid-19.

Julius Emunah said the introduction of stewards will help control the spread of covid-19 and also boost up the security system at various match venues. The responsibility of having security at various match venues is the duty of the home team. The home team is supposed to ensure thight security during matches.

The safety and security officer for the Ghana Football Association commended the strict adherence of covid-19 protocols during the kotoko v inter Allies match. He also encouraged other clubs to follow suit in order to curb the spread of the virus.

He also stated that it is better to follow all Covid protocols than to be banned for not adhering to Covid-19 protocols.
