Great Olympics talisman Gladson Awako has completed his sensational switch to their city rival Hearts of Oak on a two-year deal. The 30-year-old reached an agreement with the reigning Ghana Premier League champions and believed to have signed a contract to keep him at Hearts of Oak until 2023.
Awako is expected to undergo a mandatory medical test before the Phobians make an announcement in the coming days.
He was influential for Great Olympics in the just ended campaign having relaunched his career in a grand style getting involved in 13 goals; scoring 6 and assisting 7 including four man of the match awards.
Hearts of Oak are currently busy on the transfer market aiming to strengthen their squad for their 2021/22 CAF Champions League campaign.
