Bibiani Goldstars head coach Kobina Amissah has dismissed reports that he could leave the club after successfully guiding the club to the Ghana Premier League for next season.
Recent reports indicated that the experienced gaffer would leave GoldStars to join Berekum Arsenal after the end of the season but such speculations were debunked by Kobina Amissah in an interview session on Angel 102.9 FM.
I am staying with Goldstars in the Ghana Premier League next season, we were determined to make this happen and we indeed have made it possible.
” As of now you can call me king of Division One League, we still have two more matches to end the league, I dont have anywhere to go” He said during the interview.
Bibiani Goldstars secured a historic promotion to the Ghana Premier League after a goaless draw with Pacific Heroes over the weekend. Goldstars have amassed a whooping 62 points after matchday 28 with 2 more matches to go.
Elmina Sharks, Sekondi Hasaacas and Berekum Chelsea all secured promotion into the topflight league under the stewardship and tuition of Kobina Amissah.
