Good News: Emmanuel Keyekeh returns to Asante Kotoko training after being sidelined for months through injury
Asante Kotoko have been handed with a major boost with the injury return of midfielder Emmanuel Keyekeh who has been on the sidelines for four months.
The dazzling midfielder injured himself to the start of the new year and hasn’t featured for the Porcupines Warriors after being ruled out with a knee ligament injury.
Asante Kotoko have endured a bright start under new Portuguese gaffer Mariano Barreto who assumed the role as head coach for the Porcupines earlier last month.
Coach Mariano Barreto sat out of Asante Kotoko’s 0-0 draw with Eleven Wonders but was on the sidelines for wins against Bechem United and Berekum Chelsea.
The Porcupines sit top on the league table with 34 points after matchday 19 of the ongoing league campaign.
Asante Kotoko this afternoon face lower tier side Next Generation Football Academy in a friendly game at thr Adako Jachie training complex with game scheduled to take place 2pm .
