King Faisal captain and striker Kwame Peprah has vowed to be adjudged top goalscorer for the 2020/2021 Ghana Premier league campaign.
The goal scoring machine has been on a magnificent run of form in the ongoing league campaign scoring seven and assisting four times after twelve round of matches.
Kwame Peprah propelled King Faisal to one of the greatest comeback in the league scoring a hat-trick as the Insha Allah Boys came from 3 goals down to win 4-3 against Berekum Chelsea last weekend.
King Faisal Babies lost to Accra Great Olympics 3-1 yesterday at the Accra Sports Stadium in matchday 12 of the 2020/2021 Ghana Premier League campaign. After the game Kwame Peprah in an interview with Journalist Shaban Mohammed said;
“First of all I would like to thank God for making this possible. Training is my everyday motivation and encouraging words from my coaches is what have motivated me to where I am in the ongoing league.
“My target in to win the top scorer in the league and I always work hard to achieve that aim.
“Everything team has problems within and we are working hard towards finishing the league with a good position.
“At the moment I am fully focused with King Faisal despite rumours of interests from other clubs.
“I would like to urge all King Faisal fans to continue to support the club, come end the season King Faisal will finish with a good position on the league standings”.
King Faisal sit 16th on the league log with 10 points after 12 round of matches played.
