Zambia Super League side Power Dynamos has confirmed the acquisition of Kabwe Warriors left back Zachariah Chilongoshi. The Kitwe based outfit took to social media to confirm the development.
The Zambia national team left-back has penned a three year deal with an option of a one-year extension.
“Power Dynamos Football Club has completed the signing of Zambian enterprising Left-back, Zacharia Chilongoshi from Kabwe Warriors. Chilongoshi who has penned a 3-year contract with a one-year extension option has been a Power Dynamos target in the last 2 seasons and brings the much-desired impact to the team.”
Chilongoshi will have to battle for a place against Luka Chamanga who was fantastic for Abayellow in the last two seasons.
Chilongoshi made his debut for the national team on 9th November as the locally-based squad beat Namibia 2-0 in the invitational 2019 Dr. Geingob Cup at the Sam Nujoma stadium. On his debut, Chilongoshi put in a fantastic shift and set up the opening goal.
