Super Division side Napsa Football Club have officially announced the signing of midfielder Jacob Ngulube.
The energetic and versatile attacking midfielder has penned a three-year permanent deal with Napsa Stars Football Club from Kansanshi Dynamos FC.
This comes after the Club officially announced another 3 year deal with Timothy Otieno
