Gladson Awako leaves Hearts’ camp out of fear for his life
Ghanaian giants Hearts of Oak have been hit by the news of the departure of midfielder Gladson Awako who has informed the club of his decision to quit the club.
The 31-year-old midfielder has reportedly told his close associates and confidants that he has been receiving spiritual attacks since he signed for the Phobians from rival club Accra Great Olympics.
His decision to quit camp comes as a surprise to many as the Accra giants prepare to play their CAF Champions league game against Guinean side CI Kamsar on Sunday.
Awako joined Accra Hearts of Oak from city rivals Accra Great Olympics after a splendid performance last season.
