Nkana have announced veteran coach Beston Chambeshi as head coach
SUPER Division side Nkana have announced veteran coach Beston Chambeshi as head coach a week after they sent Kelvin Kaindu on forced leave.
The club announced in a statement on Thursday that Chambeshi was brought in to bring stability and help save the team from being relegated.
Chambeshi and Nkana seem inspirable.
His first coaching role at the club was in 1994 when was assistant coach to late Ben Bamfuchile.
Since then, he has had numerous stints as head coach and ranks among one the most sacked coaches at the Kitwe club.
His immediate task will be to save the defending champions from dropping to the Eden University National Division One.
Nkana are second from bottom with 21 points.
