“We are getting better”- Inter Allies Goalkeeper Rashid Seidu
Inter Allies goalkeeper, Rashid Seidu says his side is getting better following their impressive 2-0 victory over Karela United on matchday 19 of the 2020/2021 Ghana Premier League last Sunday.
The Tamipco Boys overcame the forces of Karela United at the Theatre Of Dreams in Dawu over the weekend courtesy of two second half goals from Nafiu Sulemana and Samuel Armah on the 70th and 83rd minute respectively to give Inter Allies the much needed three maximum points.
Goalkeeper Rashid Seidu who has kept five cleans in the ongoing league after gameweek 19 told the club’s media about their readiness and aim to escape relegation and also assured fans they will only get better.
“We knew it was going to be a difficult game as in facing Karela who was on top – but we stood together as a team and we worked together and I think it paid off.
“We will surely build confidence from the game and get better in this second round.
“I think it’s the whole team, more like, when the team is performing definitely we will see more individual performance and now you can see we are playing well and scoring goals so our performance has been noticed. he added
“We are working hard so we will continue working hard and take it from there, it’s a great motivation.” he concluded
Inter Allies sit bottom on the league table with 16 points after matchday 19 , 6 points drifted from safety.
