Hearts foward Victor Aidoo promises to score ‘more goals’

In-form Hearts of Oak forward Victor Aidoo has vowed to score more goals in the ongoing season to aid his side win the Ghana Premier League since that has been their main target heading into the season.

The stalwart forward has really found his rhythm in the team netting brace in their 3-2 victory Ebusua Dwarfs last Sunday at the Ohene Gyan Stadium. 

The 22-year-old in an interview, stated his aim is to score more goals in the ongoing season and to also propel the Phobians to end their over a decade league abeyance adding, that has been their target prior to the commencement of the season.

“I am ready to score more goals to help Accra Hearts Of Oak to win Ghana Premier league this season that’s our target. 

“We have been through a lot, but thanks to Almighty God our spirit is back and I believe that it will boost our moral high to win the rest of our matches.” 

Victor Aidoo, 22, has netted six goals in 12 games out of the 15 matches played so far in the season. 

The Rainbow club will take on their arc rivals Asante Kotoko on Sunday in their next round of games of the 2020/21 Ghana Premier League.
