2021 NBA Results/Updates:Wizards complete remarkable comeback to down the ‘Nets’, Nuggets end Jazz winning streak at 11, 76ers overcome Pacers without Embiid
Last night saw an amazing round of results in the NBA.
The highest NBA scoring-team Brooklyn Nets paid for its inattention in guarding to give the Wizards a remarkable comeback win ending their winning streak of the season. Washington Wizards scored an impressive 121 points in the last three quarters, 48 in the fouth period, 30 in the final 5.8 minutes of the last quarter and a remarkable 8 in the last 8.1 seconds of the game after the Nets went up to an early nine point lead .
Denver Nuggets also ended the winning streak of Utah Jazz shocking them to a 128-117 to hand them their first loss of the season. Nicola Jokic the ‘Joker’ was the hero for the Nuggets as he powered them with a whopping (47PTS, 11REB, 5AST ,2STL, 1BLK) crowning a magnificent performance.
Elsewhere, Philadephia 76ers won their first game of the NBA season without their talisman Embiid. 76ers defeated Indiana Pacers 119-110 aftwr trailing with almost 20 points in the first two quarters. Ben Simmons together with Tobias Harris stepped up in Embiid absence to tail ( 26PTS, 6REB, 7AST, 4STL), (27PTS, 8REB, 4AST) respectively. Malcolm Brogdon tailed (25PTS, 5 REB, 4 AST) for Utah Jazz but it wasn’t enough as they lost their first game of the season.
