South Korean club Suwon FC have announced the signing of Bafana Bafana striker Lars Veldwijk from Joenbuk Hyundai Motors.
Suwon FC released a statement to announce the arrival of the 29-year old attacker.
“Professional football team Suwon FC recruited foreign striker Las Veldwijk of Jeonbuk Hyundai,” a club statement read.
Veldwijk has joined the second tier club just some few months after sealing a move to Joenbuk Hyundai.
The South African forward made just a couple of appearances on the field of play for Joenbuk 11 in all competitions scoring just once.
Veldwijk will be seeking to help Suwon gain promotion to South Korea’s K-League 1.
