Nigerian shot-stopper Francis Uzoho has completed a move from Spanish ‘giant killers’ Deportivo La Coruna to Cypriot outfit Apoel Nicosia.

Uzoho has ended his stay with the Spanish outfit after failing to break into the club’s senior side during his 3-year spell with them.

The 21-year old was loaned out to Segunda division side Elche, before going out on loan again at Anorthosis Famagusta in Cyprus.

Uzoho after signing a 3-year deal with Apoel Nicosia will seek to relaunch his career which has often been blighted by injuries.
