South African side Mamelodi Sundowns, has penned down an heartwarming message to their Ivorian center back, Soumahoro Bangaly as he turns 29 years old today.
The Center back who was born on 18th July 1991 joined the Brazilians in 2015 from Ivorian side, Asec Mimosas and has been an integral member of the team since joining.
Mamelodi Sundowns on their official website, sundownfc.co.za, wrote “The gentle giant shares his day with South Africa’s most loved statesman Nelson Madela, the Ivory Coast-born has been in South Africa since 2015 and has been an integral member of our family.
Soumahoro joined us from Asesc Mimosa who is known for the calibre of players that they have produced over the years, Noir et Jaunes gave the world the likes of Toure brothers ( Yaya and Kolo) Salomon Kalou and Gervinho just to name a few, and when he joined us he showed his qualities.
The 29-year old has already won six trophies and is on course to win more and has made sixty-six appearances for us.
