Senegal Football Federation Executive Committee has decided to end the rest of the 2019/2020 campaign after the coronavirus pandemic caused the league to be suspended in March.
With just about half of the matches completed before the suspension of the league, the Federation has decided that there will be no promotion or relegation.
This means that Tuengueth FC who are leading the league table by about 12 points after 13 matches will not be crowned champions of the 2019/2020 campaign.
Meanwhile, Tuengueth FC and ASC Diaraf will be representing Senegal in the CAF Champions League and the Confederations Cup having placed first and second respectively.
