Vipers SC had already made their intentions of retaining their league title clear with the signing of Express FC skipper Disan Galiwango and Mabara City midfielder Ibrahim Orit.
The Kintende–based club has now agreed a four year deal with Bright Stars youngster Jamil Kalisa who has already worked with Vipers SC coach Fred Kajoba at his previous club.
With a season packed with several competitions such as the CAF Champions League, Uganda Premier League, Uganda Cup, Fufa Super 8 and Fufa Super Cup the club is seeking to ready themselves for the challenge that lies ahead and these signings will go a long way to ensure that the club has a variety of alternatives to choose from when the various competitions commence.
Kalisa is already adept with the demands of the Vipers boss and will be expected to slot in seamlessly into the teams setup.
