La Liga President Javier Tebas is considering the possibility of allowing some fans into the stadium in the first and the second tier of the Spanish League.

On Thursday, the Seville derby gave us a glimpse of what the return of the Spanish league would be like with games being played behind closed doors but the La Liga chief is hoping to make changes to that situation sooner than later.

“The pandemic is suffering a heavy fall, the government has set down rules of how fans can return to stadiums,” Tebas explained.

“The minister for sport, with the regional authorities, and LaLiga have to coordinate this return to stadiums.

“When 10 to 15 days have gone by, we’ll sit down with the government to try to bring fans back to stadiums.

“Obviously it won’t be the whole stadium and it would be with very high precautionary measures, like the protocols we have.

“I think we could have 10 percent of 15 percent in some stadiums, we’d be very happy.”
