The Korean Ambassador to Ghana has told the Ghana Taekwondo Federation that hosting of the Ambassadors Cup will be a problem because the Korean government has ordered for the halt of sporting events during their meeting at his office.
He told the federation to use this time to encourage their athletes to continue training.
““You can use this time to encourage the athletes to continue training. Hosting the Ambassadors Cup will be a problem because the Korean Government has ordered the halt of sporting events.” – Ambassador KIM Sungsoo
He also added they will think of ways in doing it like the online Poomsae.
“But there are ways, like online Poomsae competition. So we can think about something like that. Let’s continue to find ways, get rules and others & see how that can be done, because their health matters.”
