There were no winners when the Phobians and The Miners came face to face on matchweek two

Hearts of Oak and Ashanti Gold shared the spoils in a 2-2 draw in their Ghana Premier League clash on Tuesday.

The hosts started the game on the front foot, forcing the visitors’ defence into shaky mode. That said, it was not until the 33rd minute striker Obeng Junior broke the virginity of the game

AshGold hit back with their first real chance, but Hearts goalkeeper Richard Atta produced an acrobatic save on 36 minutes to keep the score unchanged.

In 75th minutes Obeng junior scored again to put Hearts upfront ,Afriyie had another good chance to make amends but the attacker messed up again, this time shooting feebly into the arms of
Robert Dabo after being sent one-on-one with the goalkeeper.

Then Atta was called into action with a save at the other end after Appiah McCarthy shot from long range.

Ashgold went close once again and had late equalizer for the miners through Hans Kwofie.
