Egyptian giants Al Ahly have reached agreement for the signature of Arab Contractors FC forward Taher Mohammed Taher.
Taher has put in some excellent performances this season which is said to have triggered a contest between Al Ahly and Zamalek who are both interested in signing the highly talented attacker.
The new ‘Mo Salah’ as he is often referred to have agreed to sign a five-year contract with the Red devils in a deal worth US$ 1.2 million plus add-ons.
Taher was previously loaned out to French side Le Havre where he was coached by former Egypt national team manager Bob Bradley.
The 23-year old was an important member of the Egypt team that won last year’s edition of the U23 African Cup of Nations tournament.
