Jordan Ayew doesn’t seem like a man who has gone three months without playing a competitive match as he netted a beautifully placed goal to help Crystal Palace ease to victory.
Prior to the three-month football hiatus the Ghanaian was in such remarkable form in front of goal having scored some vital goals to steal maximum points for his club on a number of occasions
Crystal Palace made a strong start in their first match since the restart of the league with Luka Milivojevic scoring on the 12 minute mark to give the Eagles the lead.
However, Crystal Palace’s leading goalscorer in the current campaign was not to be denied a say in the affair as he latched onto a pass from his teammate to execute a well-placed finish to the right side of the goalkeeper.
The two first-half goals were enough as Palace ended the match with all three points in the bag.
